About Propel
Propel Clinics was founded in response to the significant gap in ADHD and neurodiversity assessment services. We combine clinical expertise with innovative technology to provide accessible, efficient, and high-quality assessments that empower people to understand their minds and unlock their potential.
With NHS waiting lists stretching to 8+ years in some regions and private assessments costing £900-£2,000+, accessing ADHD assessment in the UK has become a privilege rather than a right. We're here to change that.
Our Mission
Propel exists to break down barriers to neurodiversity assessment and create a world where everyone can understand and embrace their unique cognitive profile.
We believe that understanding how your brain works is a fundamental right, not a privilege. By combining clinical excellence with innovative technology, we're working to eliminate the lengthy waiting times that prevent people from accessing life-changing diagnoses.
Our vision is a society where neurodiversity is recognised, valued, and supported – where different ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world are celebrated.
Our Vision
We envision a world where:
-
Neurodiversity is understood as a natural variation in human cognition.
-
Assessment is accessible to anyone who needs it.
-
Data empowers better support for neurodiverse individuals.
-
Technology enhances human expertise rather than replacing it.
-
Resources and community help people thrive with their unique neurological profile.
Our work begins with ADHD assessment, but our ambition extends to transforming how we understand, assess, and support all neurotypes, and create a world which works with, not against our brains.

Innovation
We continuously seek better ways to assess, understand, and support neurodiversity through technology and innovative clinical approaches.
Compassion
We approach every assessment with empathy, understanding the courage it takes to seek a diagnosis and the impact it can have on someone's life.
Neurodiversity
Affirmation
We see neurodevelopmental differences as natural variations in the human experience, not as deficits or disorders to be "fixed."

Our Approach
At Propel, we take a unique approach to neurodevelopmental assessment that combines clinical expertise, technology, and a neurodiversity-affirming perspective.
Technology-Enhanced Assessment
Our digital platform streamlines information gathering, allowing clinicians to focus their time on what matters most: understanding your unique experiences and needs.
Whole-Person Perspective
We don't just look for symptoms or diagnostic criteria. We take time to understand your complete cognitive profile, including strengths, challenges, and personal goals.
Ongoing Support
Diagnosis is just the beginning. We provide comprehensive post-assessment support, including personalised strategies, medication management when appropriate, and connections to additional resources.
